  • ½ Cucumber
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1-Handful Spinach
  • 1-Cup Water
  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend on the "XL Smoothie" setting with a Blendtec. To blend manually, start with a slow setting for 10 seconds, and then increase to high speed for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Enjoy!
